I am a Finance and Accounting leader with 25 years of experience in management, operations, strategic planning, continuous improvement, customer analytics, costing, pricing, forecasting, analysis, investments, general ledger, and internal controls in banking, services, manufacturing, retail, and IT focused companies.

I am a Certified Financial Manager (CFM) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through the Institute of Management Accountants, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Ohio and North Carolina, and hold a Bachelor's in Finance degree and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

I began my career in banking doing credit administration, asset review, consumer and small business lending.  I then worked in IBM's PC and Global Services businesses doing bid and brand pricing, project office management, and global consolidation.  I served as the finance leader at Ahold in negotiation of a €485M global outsourcing deal and supported the divestiture of one of their operating companies.  I led investment case development and internal controls structure for a $250M manufacturing line at Cytec Carbon FIbers.  I also spent 9 years supporting services, distribution, and manufacturing teams at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
